Privacy Policy

How we handle the data you leave on this site, especially in the “Share my idea” form.

Who looks after your data

Kabran Tecnologia Ltda., CNPJ 60.888.685/0001-86, is the controller of the personal data processed by this site, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD).

This policy covers the Kabran site and the “Share my idea” form. The Kabran Portal, where clients follow their projects, has its own policy.

The data we collect

In the “Share my idea” form, you provide:

  • a description of your idea;
  • your name, or what you prefer to be called;
  • your email;
  • your WhatsApp number.

When you send it, we also record your IP address and browser identification (the user agent), with the date, as proof that you had access to this policy.

Before sending, the form runs an anti-bot check, Turnstile, performed by Cloudflare, which processes the browser data that check requires.

What we use it for

We use this data to read your idea, reply through the contact you left and carry on the conversation that follows. The IP, the browser and the date serve only to prove that you had access to this policy.

The processing is based on preliminary procedures related to a contract, carried out at your request when you tell us your idea (LGPD, art. 7, V). We do not sell your data.

Audience measurement

If you accept in the cookie notice, the site uses Google Analytics, by Google, to measure its audience: how many visits the site gets, which pages are read, where visitors come from and what kind of device and browser they use. Before you answer, nothing from Google is loaded, and if you decline you are not measured.

Once you accept, Google Analytics stores in your browser the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by the measurement identifier, which tell your browser apart across visits for up to 2 years, and receives the IP address, the pages visited and technical data about the browser and device. Google keeps the measurement data linked to your browser for 2 months; after that, only audience totals remain, which identify no one. Advertising, remarketing and personalization signals stay off.

This measurement is based on your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I). You can withdraw it at any time under “Cookie preferences”, in the footer of every page: measurement stops right away and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser. Declining or withdrawing changes nothing in how you use the site.

Animation failure diagnostics

When the site’s animation cannot be displayed in your browser, the site sends a technical notice to our monitoring system, hosted on a Kabran server: the browser and its version, the operating system, the graphics card model, the page, the reason for the failure, the mode and the quality level in which the animation would be displayed, the size of the screen and of the animation area and the theme in use, light or dark. This notice uses no cookies, does not identify you and does not keep your IP address. The legal basis is the legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX) in keeping the site working. The notices are kept for up to 90 days.

Where the data is kept

The site does not keep what you write in the form. When you send it, the data goes to Kore, Kabran’s management system, and is kept in its database, in three records:

  • the contact received, with the idea, name, email and WhatsApp number;
  • your contact card, with the name, email and the idea as a note;
  • the acceptance record, with the email, IP, browser and date.

On each submission, the Kabran team receives a notification email with the idea, name, email and WhatsApp number, sent through the Resend email service.

How long we keep it

The data is kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, if the conversation does not become a project. If it does, the data then follows the contract.

You may ask for deletion before that. The request also covers the notification email received by the team.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that make the site and the form work, with the artificial intelligence tools the Kabran team uses in its work, and with the audience measurement service you accept, each only for its own purpose:

  • Cloudflare, which serves the site, runs the anti-bot check and keeps the backups;
  • Hostinger, which hosts the servers where Kore and its database run, and the email service for the Kabran domain;
  • Resend, which delivers the notification email to the Kabran team;
  • Google, which performs the audience measurement, only if you accept it;
  • Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, which provide the artificial intelligence tools used by the Kabran team in Kore and receive the data those tools read during the work, which may include your idea, name, email, WhatsApp and the acceptance record.

Some of these services process data outside Brazil, such as in the United States. For Cloudflare, Hostinger, Resend and, in the artificial intelligence tools, Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, this transfer happens because it is necessary to meet your request (LGPD, art. 33, IX). Google processes the audience measurement data outside Brazil, including in the United States, and this transfer is based on the specific consent you give when you accept the measurement in the cookie notice, which highlights it (LGPD, art. 33, VIII).

How we protect it

Access to the data is restricted to the Kabran team, traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and the backups are encrypted.

What stays in your browser

The site itself sets no cookies. The Google Analytics cookies, described under “Audience measurement”, only exist in your browser if you accept the measurement, and are deleted when you withdraw it.

Besides that, the site keeps in your browser your choice in the cookie notice, your theme preference, light or dark, your sound preference, on or off, and, during the visit, the marker for the page transition animation. These preferences are not sent to Kabran or to Google, except for the theme in use, which goes with the animation failure notice described above.

Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may at any time:

  • confirm whether we process your data and access it;
  • correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • ask for your data to be deleted;
  • object to the processing;
  • withdraw the consent given to audience measurement;
  • find out who we share your data with.

For any of these requests, write to privacidade@kabran.com.br, preferably from the email you provided in the form. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Changes to this policy
